Booking your appointment is acknowledgement of these terms.

Cancellation/No-Show/Late: Blondish Beauty Lounge asks for 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 30% of services booked fee, and "no-show" or same-day cancellations by the client will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount.

 

Please note if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment we may need to reschedule for another day if the remaining time is not enough to complete your service(s). This will be considered a same-day cancellation and the full amount will be due before being able to reschedule. 50% of the total will go towards the new date of service.

Extensions: All hair purchases are non-refundable. Extension Services - all extension installs are done with careful placement according to your anatomy and styling preference. Proper homecare will be discussed/agreed upon at the first install and refreshed at each move-up. Improper homecare/styling may lead to issues with the scalp and hair, and will incur a charge to fix. If ever you are having an issue with your extensions, please reach out and I am happy to have you come in to have it fixed at no cost.

Any & All Color Services: Please notify me within 7 days of your appointment in the event you are unhappy with your color so I may be able to get you in to make any necessary changes. Alterations to color after 7 days are to be charged for the full amount. Alterations made at home void my obligation. Any color services that choose to leave the salon with wet hair automatically void their color guarantee. All my color services include a blow dry and style.
