Please read over my policies before booking an appointment. Booking your appointment is acknowledgement of these terms.

Cancellation/No-Show/Late: Blondish Beauty Lounge asks for 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or "no-showed" by the client will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount. Please note if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, there will be an automatic $20 late fee added to your service, and we may need to reschedule for another day if the remaining time is not enough to complete your service(s).

Extensions: All hair purchases are non-refundable. Color matching the extensions to your hair color is included in the price for the first install. Any color changes to the extensions after the first install will be charged accordingly. Color matching extensions is defined as altering the color of the extensions themselves to match a client's current color style. This does not include coloring the client's actual hair. All other color services are to be charged accordingly. When booking your extensions consultation, it is required for you to sign off on these policies as well as the homecare that will be presented to you. This ensures you have been properly informed on how to best maintain your new dream hair.

Any & All Color Services: Please notify me within 7 days of your appointment in the event you are unhappy with your color so I may be able to get you in to make any necessary changes. Alterations to color after 7 days are to be charged for the full amount. Alterations made at home void my obligation. Any color services that choose to leave the salon with wet hair automatically void their color guarantee. All my color services include a blow dry and style.
